Gustav was sold back in 2012 due to a few things in my life that happened.  He ended up in Dallas. The motor had only 300 miles when sold. The owner put roughly 800 miles on the car in the past 6 years. It sat in a warehouse. Motor still needs breaking in. It’s dirty and there are a few things that I need to fix. Right now the short shift linkage is broken. So it won’t shift into reverse. Looking for a good replacement options. 

 

Tampico is the color.

Your car got a german license plate at the front. It is a WES plate, thats where i am living in germany. it means ,, KREIS WESEL´`. Where is it coming from and how do you get it ?

9 hours of cleaning, with still some more to go.  

 

Now on to finding and installing shifter and shift linkage.  Plus the upper poly engine mount has disintegrated
