Yes looks like US spec and is LHD but Hong Kong is RHD. I watched this movie, the car had a nice rumble.

you are that sequence was shot in HK?

That sure doesn't look like Hong Kong to me either...and unless it was shot after the Chinese takeover, those license plates don't look like the British-style HK plates...looks more like Europe--check the architecture, the wall posters and the stone square pavement...
