@mlytle- The red car was the donor shell. It was what we started with.

 

@dasfrogger- We started with a stock replacement tank. It was sent to Fuelsafe who cut the tank, put in a bladder, and re-sealed it. The filler neck was fabricated by Racecraft to match the Group 2 cars of the day.

 

@TonyHavana- That was the car's first outing. Needless to say, I was impressed with how well the car went right out of the box!

 

@Doug- We have a 7800 RPM chip in the distributor.
