Alternator Or Water Pump

My car squeals.  Not so much at idle but when at high rpm and seems to be more so under load.  My belt is new and seems pretty tight.  I tried spraying it with belt dressing to see if it went away but it didn't

 

What is the next move.  I have no problem buying a new water pump but what a waste of energy and time if it is fine.  Alternator? 

 

Ideas?

Might be...

Wrong size belt

Still not tight enough

Bad alternator bracket bushings causing belt to be hard to get tight enough

Bad belt, not enough grip

Bad pulleys, bad groove

I couldn't tell you the cause without being there

The same sound was there with the old belts. I had two belts... removed one to air pump and main belt. The new belt (gates 10 x 880) is pretty tight but not overly. I also assumed spraying belt dressing would fix the problem temporarily if it was belt/pulley related. I am pulling my alternator to replace the hose underneath. Anything else I should look for? I keep thinking water pump but the sound sounds like a belt and goes away when I get off the gas and the engine isn't pulling.

Spin the alt and wp when ypuhaveyhebelt off, one of those might have bad bearings. What do thwart bushings look like; is the alt straight and inline with the other pulleys?
