No, but here's a few pics I found of a black car with black headliner, and black carpet (despite the tobacco seats).

If you go with the black headliner I strongly suggest getting e28 visors, they are black, more sturdy, and a direct bolt-on.

I had a black headliner in my 02 years ago. I like the look but I eventually changed mine. It just made the interior seem a little smaller.
