  1. I'm curious bout the wheel specs maybe rota os ?
  2. I totally missed your reply. Thanks for the offer. I was able to find something that is going to work
  3. Looks like dude hit a big bump. http://phenom3030garage.com/author/phenom3030/
  4. Ideally i would get some Schmidt Th....but noway can I afford those. Ronals just don't do it for me
  5. You would think with that that the rim should also have a pretty good kink or bend in it. the fact that it doesn't makes me more woried. You have any clue what this guy hit?

  7. has anyone used avid.1 wheels? they look great and are pretty inexpensive. Im thinking of getting the av-03 wheels http://www.sparktecmotorsports.com/av1-av0315704h25mf.html .
  8. Hi, I am looking for a early or late nose panel with a clean lower half. I have an early car and the bottom half of the nose is pretty rotted. A late nose would work for me because I would graft the bottom onto my nose Location: Milwaukee, Wi<br />
  9. Ok I couldn't quite make it out in the picture
  10. I will buy it if it has a 3 bolt front flange
  11. I recently tried to swap a 4 speed fine spline flange onto a 5 speed 245. It did not work for me because the two output shafts had different diameters.
  12. I am just not having any luck finding a 3 bolt drive shaft for parts. all of them are like a hundred bucks when All I would need is the front flange.
  13. I guess you could call it a Frankenstein budget setup, But if It can be adjusted to the correct length and all I have to do is relocate the center bearing bracket. I don't think that is too bad. To have a 02 drive shaft shortened and rebuilt with the proper 3 bolt is like 400 bucks!
  14. Has anyone successfully use an 84-86 e30 318 drive shaft for a 5speed swap on a 2002. I understand the center bearing location is different
  15. uh.......you calling me a hack?......jk ..........anyway I think it is pretty obvious that they would have to be hardend steel and like I said....pressed on. I don't really see the info you gave to be anything other than a blow hardy comment stating stuff that most of us with a brain would know.
  16. Yes it would be two sleeves one for the smaller bearing and one for the larger bearing. as far as the caliper ears go.......a lot of us have already upgraded our standard 02 brakes with volvo calipers.....with these spacers we could get the benifit of the tii strut with out having to buy new calipers to fit example....so I just found a set of tii struts for a killer deal.....cool but I also just upgraded my standard brakes and I dont want to have to buy all new stuff just to use the tii struts.......with these spacers I would only have to upgrade my hubs.............thats the thought anyway
  17. So, I got to thinking(that is prob not a good thing) ...anywho I know that tii struts are the bee's knee's because they have Larger spindles which makes for larger bearings which leads to longer life and the ability to run wider wheels..yada yada yada What if a bloke were to machine sleeves to press onto the standard 02 spindles. Making it possible to run tii hubs and bearings. Or e21 hubs for the bbk Has this sort of thing been done? Is it a horrible idea? If so explain why......I do see there could be an issue with the nut ...but a new one could be made with an inset to fit over the small sleeve
  18. I've been looking for a rack like this. I know you said you can't ship it however i live in wisconsin so local pick up is not an option. can it be disassembled and shoved into a small box? Or is it all welded?
  19. I definitely still want this, just waiting for an email reply on the part number.
