    I'm a very good friend of one of the previous owners and went and saw it with him for old times sake. Definitely not in good shape. Lots of very poorly done body work and still has rust issue. Interior has been trashed. Does have full suspension (very, very stiff springs, bilstiens, front and rear sways upgraded, and front strut bar). Ansa exhaust, and LSD. It was really sad to see it in this condition.

    I almost traded also. I talked to him no more than two weeks ago about it, still hadn't been sold. Either this guy is trying to fill it for quick, easy money (the original seller originally asked 6k, but last I saw he had it down at 4500 or OBO), or something is really wrong with it.

    This car was recently listed up in the SF Bay Area, I even briefly emailed the owner. He had it listed for $4500 up here. He had it up for at least a month.

    It was the first thing he did, it was a pain in the ass (I helped him with it). He didn't do the valve seals though. If he doesn't post everything he did I will later when I get home from work, I remember most of what he did.

    Actually he sold it to some girl and now the girl is selling it after only a couple of months. He did a bunch of work to it (including swapping a LSD in) but decided he wanted a newer Mini instead :/

    Actually it looks like it has the roundie-grills, just that they are painted black.
