Pictures of front ends of your car...looking for fog lamps.

I am in the process of pulling together the front end of my Tii restoration. I've ordered from Blunt the Euro HID's and will still need the fog lamps for the front...and the third tail light for the rear.

There's a wide variety out lamps and finished looks out there, and if anyone else is interested, I'd like to see some photos of your front end...with a description of the lamps giving their name, size, and source...if you can remember those details.

I kicked it off by posting Steve's front end with Super Oscars. (Steve...if you want me to remove the photo and reference, I'll be happy to). I've also included the original nose of my project car...whose lights were pulled off and thrown away early in the process.

I'd just like to see the variety of lights that are out there...there are so many good looks to choose from.

Thanks,

That's a nice start...AndyS.

I'm wondering if the yellow lenses are more for fog...or just French like yellow headlamp lenses I've seen.

I'm also thinking that I'll never have a use for "fog" lamps, but drive a lot in the country...at night...so I'll find the brightest "driving" lamps I possibly can and hopefully tie them into my dimmer switch on my "bright" factory installed lights.

Thanks,

All of them are actually fog lights. They were set up on the dimmer but now switched to individual switches. The brightest are the Hellas with H3 bulbs on the black car. The yellows look cool, but I don't think you would see em in the fog, lol.

These are H500's driving lights (7 in ?) with custom front brackets that are easy to have a machine shop make (modified front bumper brackets)

hope this helps!

Wretched excess...

An earlier, bumper-mounted array including 5" Carello fogs and a bunch of grill badges in a picture from the year 2002, just before the trek to Keystone, CO for O'Fest.

I'm finding the bigger the lights, the better I like them...of course everything has its limits...but I haven't found my limit yet!

Even the smaller lights look cool. I just can't leave the front unadorned.

I sure would like to find one of those BMWCCA grill badges somewhere...I'll check eBay.
