tires and wheels Photos Needed - Turbo flares and spoiler on a Roundie

I am looking for some good high-res photos of an early model with round tail lights with the following features; Turbo flares, Turbo front spoiler, Chrome front grill and Chrome belt trim – with no front bumper, just the spoiler.

A car with the above features AND race wheels, a roll cage and number sticker would be bonus!!

A side view and/or 3/4 view from front and back would be best.

I am putting together a track car with my '73 and want to use the images to mock-up some paint scheme options using photoshop. A light color and/or car would work best for this exercise. I was planning to do the Alpina flares (see photo) but have read nothing but trouble with their installation – hence, wanting to see how the Turbo flares will look.

That Polaris roundie is my dream car!! I was planning on doing that to my 69 1600, but was advised and finally agreed the condition of my car was too good to mess with. I LOVE that look.

^^ Yep, 8x15 et0.

He has 225's on the rear and 205's up front. He tried 225's up front but had too much rubbing/binding on the inner fender wall.

I'm still waffling between turbo or Alpina bubble flares on my '69 so keep the pictures coming...

Here are some pics close to what I am looking for – the Golf and Verona cars (below) are exactly perfect for my photoshopping needs except the angles are not so good. Does any one (or the owner) have any more pics of either?

The Inka one (below) is ideal photo angle – it just doesn't have the chrome belt trim.

There is two options for you first is the turbo look (airdam flares and trunklid),second is the alpina wheel arch flares with the alpina airdam and turbo trunklid. They are all available from the FAQ store
