anyone know how many male pins are at the connector for the headlight dimmer switch on a '73 (left side of steering column switch)

are the same except for the knob, which changed in mid-71--and it unscrews. These stalks have only the high/low beam plus high beam flash feature. 74-76 cars also have the turn signal on that stalk and are completely different.

Also early cars have individual push-on terminals in the wiring harness, while later roundies have a multiprong plug.

thanks mike. i was able to get away from work for a quick break and checked out my car - it has 5 male prongs on the switch connector. so i suppose i could pick up any 68-73 switch, good to know.
