How did you pull the needles off w/o breaking them, and how did you get them installed and aligned correctly?

there are holes in them in the center and the needle slides through.

it was worth $24 to me not to have to do all that cutting out that you did...i just don't have the patience

and....i don't begrudge anyone who makes a few bucks

The white faces aren't quite my style, but I wonder if somebody could make stock color and look faces that are calibrated to different diff's? I have a 3:91 and I'm reluctant to send the entire speedo out for recalibration in case I want to change to another diff at some point. If the fake faces are nice, it might be an option worth considering?

grover...the ones i used are very nice..they are a thin plastic material with a water activated adhesive

spray the back with soapy water then they slide around for proper placement and alignment very easily...it only took me about 2 minutes to put them on
