Repainting old-style heater control plates

I've got a couple of  excellent old-style heater control plates that have lost almost all their red and blue paint. I'd like to restore it.

I'm also color blind and have no idea what paint / colors to use. Might someone who's done this before recommend specific paints and colors?

Many thanks.

I found some Testor's model paint in a matte (not gloss) finish that was a perfect match to the original red and blue.  I checked my paint stash:  The red is #1150 in a matte finish (it also comes in gloss; you want matte); the blue is 1110 (same color as the blue in the BMW roundel) also in matte.
