nullDoes this thing go on the heater box or in the bulkhead? I can't see anything on realOEM that looks like it goes on the top of the box.

Yes, that goes on top of the box.  It's pretty obvious when you see where the holes are as to why it's not a complete circle.

You need 2, they go around each of the metal radiator/element pipes pipes as they exit the heater box.

I did use the kit.  For me it was easier than trying to put everything together separately.  It’s also very well done.
