We generally police ourselves. Steve Kupper (steve k) is the main admin of the FAQ. 

 

How did you pay? Have you tried to work with the payment company? If you used PayPal & sent Friends & Family, you may have no recourse as I understand from the PP rules & similar instances.  

 

Who is the offending seller? As Jim wrote the the Buyer Sellers Feedback thread is the best way to warn others.

As the admin of the site, I do not try to resolve people's transactions as I will never know the full information and truly I will not have the time. As posted at the top of the Classifieds, please, please, protect yourself by only using trusted methods of payment. Please, use feedback for users.  That is the best way to indicate to other about your experience.

Thanks for the suggestions. Against my better judgement, I had my son send him $250 through Venmo. I should have known when the guy said he did not accept PayPal. After doing a little research online, I can see I am not the only one who didn't receive goods. Sent him the money and now, months later, he has never sent me the glass.

The guy told me he was in NY. I am not sure I can say first names but it starts with a K. This is all based on what he told me on a phone call. Here are some other people complaining about the same guy. I believe he is operating under at least one other user name, which I am trying to dig up. Using Venmo was the biggest mistake. On the phone he sounds like a nice younger guy with a car he is parting out because it got wrecked. It is all a lie.
