Looking for 3-position off-hi-low, 2-speed wiper switch for 1973 tii (right-hand turn signal/wash) for 5-wire windshield wiper motor. I think the part number is 61.31.1.353.870. Please PM.

The part number you provided is for the three speed (not two speed) switch (ie: interval wipers - a rare option on pre 74 Euro 02 cars and std on E3s and E9 coupes)

 

If you're searching for the common TWO speed switch, the part number was 61 31 1 357 065 and at one point superseded to/from 61 31 1 351 197.

Edited for clarity purposes.  OP wants the speed control switch in the dash.

 

Note the graphics for the replacement TS stalk are different than the original.  Not a big deal but something perhaps a concours judge COULD point out if they new.  Same FFF (fit, form and function).
