I believe the heat shield gasket you’ve shown — a modified version of the original exhaust manifold gaskets — fits universally. But I believe Doza’s tii exhaust manifold shield fits only tii exhaust manifolds. You’d have to choose one or the other.

 

The tii exhaust manifold shield looks like the one on my ‘73 (below).
