Correct turn/wiper stalk for 1972 2002

I need a new turn signal/wiper stalk for

1972 2002

i attempted to order from blunt who sent me a pic to confirm  but, I'm not sure

can anyone post a exact part number 

of one they have replaced in a 72 ?

IIRC  72s and 73s all use the same stalk--the only wiper functions handled by the stalk are on/off for the wipers, plus the wash/wipe function.  Wiper speed is controlled by the lower right-hand knob on the instrument binnacle.

 

 According to my factory parts book US spec cars built after 1 Jan '72 use the part number 61 31 1 355 286.  However this is an old parts book so that number may be superseded.  You can't use one from a later car, as the stalk functions on 74-76 cars are completely different, and earlier cars (with the jelly bean knobs on the stalk ends) use a right side stalk that only has the turn signal function and the wash/wipe, as wiper on/off and speed control is by the dashboard pull switch..

Maximillian Importing Company shows one. Just to be clear, the turn signal switch is on the right side of the steering column and it also switches on the wipers, correct? If you choose to call them, I'm sure they will help you.
