body and interior Leather handbrake boot?

I really hate the rubbery handbrake boot. Is there an aftermarket/factory leather option that compliments the car well or do I need to go custom?

The hardest part is probably adapting them - especially for the short console '02s. 

 

Esty - do you know of a leather handle for the ebrake as well, instead of the plasticy piece?  I may have to go full custom here.

E30, E32, E34, E36, or E38 parking brake handles are leather & will work.
