Based on the physical appearance it would need to be off the scale mechanically / desirable, properly done modifications, etc. for that price.

Assuming a strong engine that runs well, good suspension, a tranny that does not grind, a diff that doesn't whine, brakes that work as they should and a body that looks as good in real life as it does in the pictures (no evidence of rust, no evidence of heavy damage and repairs) and it drives like a good runner should ... $3500. And for California, it can't be a 76.
