Help,tailight problem

when i turn on my tailights my passenger rear tailight amber blinker lens stays on ,idoes signal when signal is applied but remains lit when lights are on any ideas?2011-10-28_173244.jpg

stay on for any length of time--it'll melt the lens from the bulb's heat.

Sounds like you have a crossed wire somewhere that's allowing tail light voltage to feed to the turn signal bulb. Check the connections at the offending tail light--bet you'll find two wires or terminals touching that shouldn't be.

+1 grounded or crossed wire somewhere.

Occam says that the bulb base has lost ground.

You don't say how bright it is with the taillights, and for this to be true,

it should be kinda dim.

If it's full bright, you have a much bigger problem- I'd start with Mike S'

post above.

ok so its not the grounds but someone brought up a good point , ill check my signal light in front the ground was kinda rusty so this may be it ,or theres a croseed wire on the front parking lamp.
