Eek! What is this part?

Was cleaning up the garage in prep for tomorrow's arrival for a newly powdercoated subframe, and came across this part. Anyone know what it is and/or have a photo of it installed?

All my bolts/nuts are in labeled baggies, but it looks like this one missed the memo.

Any help/photos is greatly appreciated.

It's an alignment shim. Not from an 02' most likely a older American car or truck.

Gotcha, thanks. Must have been inserted by one of the various POs. I'll leave it out for now, and when I take the car in to get it's alignment done, I'll let the mechanic ad whatever shims they need to.

repeat

you car does not have any shims like that -

no shims at all - no 'shims' involved with

an 02 alignment

I remember years ago re doing the front suspension on my Volvo 145. I was removing the upper A arms and a whole bunch of these in different thicknesses fell on the floor. I looked at my friend that was looking over my shoulder and said, "I'd need a new alignment anyway".

A 2002 doesn't have anything like that anywhere.
