This is the '71 that AndyS decided he couldn't use. i picked it up in Mobile last July. My wife was actually very understanding as i took my time dismantling it. She was probably most concerned when i decided i wanted to restore it. But alas the frame rails were swiss cheese and other rust issues made the resto a non-starter. Many of you have pieces of this one and I have a huge pile of parts. Rest assured that i saved absolutely every fitting and useable piece from this once pround machine and it will live on for many years to come in my project car. Thanks to those who helped out. And no, it wasn't a chick magnet.

Rest assure to all those reading this thread... This car will LIVE ON in my 76 Margie, this car (and bill) gave me her nose, hood, fender, and exhaust (and a grill). Glad you will finally have room for all those other projects now though!

how many sawzall blades did it take to cut up? need to know how many i will need eventually......;-)

you'll need far fewer sawzall blades for a roundie than a squaretail. the rearend of a squaretail will eat at least 3 blades. a cutoff wheel will definitely help there.

a roundie can be subdued and eviscerated with 3 blades or less.

Jerry knows what he's talking about. I used 4 but one was spent cutting the nose panel off.
