I'm John, the raffle-car-guy. I've a call this week with the former owner and would be happy to ask a few questions, but in earlier emails, he shared some variability in the Nevada color between suppliers when he was restoring the car. This was the mix he shared to ensure a tight match if I ever need it (God forbid!) I've heard from several different folks who saw the car in person that they thought the color was spot on - just the right mix of olives and mossiness - for the original Nevada color (this chassis left the factory in Riviera). The car did come with a can of Code 001 Nevada touch up paint, which I dabbed on a scrap of primed metal in the basement on Saturday. Whatever this mix is, it matches perfectly to the naked eye with the 001 touch up in the sunlight this afternoon. It's definitely a more olive-tan than gold color - and is beautiful in person. Online pics of Ford Cyprus Gold (not the Cypress Gold Metallic, which is clearly different) look quite a bit different to me. Whatever it is, I love the color (and can't wait to get it out on the road come spring)! Attached are a few pics in the sun today (45 degrees and sunny here in the North.) As Mark notes above, the color shifts a fair amount by lighting. Darker and more olivey/brownish/tan in the darker shade and a much lighter olivey-tan in direct sun
