  1. Yep I am selling mine before I even get to install them. The transition from velocity stacks to the carbs need to be smooth. Are you selling the runners? What's the diameter at the base where it meets the carbs?
  2. I picked up a set. They fit both DCOE 40 or 45. The base diameter is 48mm. I would have preferred if they were 40mm I don't think its ideal if there is a abrupt change in diameter of air tube.
  3. unless you have a set, I wouldn't know where to find them!
  4. has anyone tried these yet? I wanna make sure they fit italian webers.
  5. thanks Lee! I will have to stick with my el cheapo Facet pump for now. We will see how noisy it is!
  6. i actually have the e9 fuel pump but wanted to clean up engine bay.
  7. i guess i am better off with a $50 small facet pump mounted in the trunk or under the rear seat. https://www.amazon.com/Facet-FEP42SV-Electric-Clamps-Fittings/dp/B0716LFMJ5/ref=pd_cp_263_1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=fcaa6d12-8b2b-4ad7-b277-864b2da79f6e&pf_rd_r=DP6D205KF2JVESPY6MS0&pd_rd_wg=uszuB&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&pd_rd_w=s8fpP&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pd_rd_r=5bb02505-abb9-11e8-b11d-915b29cfa4b3&pd_rd_i=B0716LFMJ5&psc=1&refRID=DP6D205KF2JVESPY6MS0
  8. I know I am reviving an old thread but I wanted to know if anyone has done what Lee is suggesting here. e21 pump in the tank sounds like a great idea!
  9. I love the depth of knowledge and enthusiasm. I can't wait to take it apart and post some pictures.
  10. i like the helper spring up front and linear spring in the back, so they should ride very nicely. I will be ordering a set for sure.
  11. I might need Rick's help with this. How can I get a hold of him?
  12. I think the other transmission on eBay is actually 235/5 even though its advertised as 265. It has the same part number as the one I bought. I could be wrong about this.
  13. I wasn't aware of the difference, It should be from a Jensen Healey.
  14. Yep, I bought the one on ebay. I figured its worth the shot since I won't be able to afford a 2002 235/5. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Jensen-Healey-Lotus-Getrag-265-Close-ratio-5-Spd-w-Bellhousing-Shifter-/142483362311?oid=323350207560
  15. I am going to attempt to covert a dogleg getrag 235/5 from Austin Healey to be used on a 2002. All I know from looking at the gearbox is that the casings, output shaft, input shaft and shifter mechanism are all different. I will be back with pictures later.
  16. great video and a great car to save. I would do it if I didn't have my hands full.
  17. I have a set of beautiful and very light weight. Wheels are perfectly true and not bent or cracked. Not sure about offset but I know they fit 2002s perfectly. The centers can be easily painted black to get the Alpina look. Located in San Diego, willing to ship at buyer's expense.
  18. Btw, the calipers are available new from rmeuropean.com, i put them on my old TDI. I would advice against used calipers as I found the hard way.
  19. Does this e12 head look ported? I always wondered why this car goes fast. Just took off the 32/36 Weber to upgrade dual Weber 40dcoe
  20. good point i need left side
  21. I am looking for a good driver side deep grill for my 1972 2002
