787 first flight in person

Just go back from watching the maiden 787 flight. Pretty cool to see. I was at the 777's first flight 14 years ago when I was 12 I guess, now i'm 26 and had some involvement in the making of the plane (worked on tooling that made the rear portion of the fuselage).

Anyway, pretty cool to see and witness! I know its late by 2 years and all that other garbage, but they never should have tried to hit early of a date in the first place!

it is supposed to be an awesome plane, congratulations on your involvement, it must feel good - the bright side is that we are technologically ahead by at least a couple years.
