What relay is this?

It clicks constantly, even with the ignition off.

It says hella on it so maybe it used to be for your fog lights? It is probably clicking because the "power" stops there and has no where to go..disconnect it and see if it effects anything you left on the car.

a signal flasher - it's marked 1-4x21 watts meaning it will operate (blink)correctly when a load of between 1 to 4 bulbs not to exceed 21 watts each is fed by it.

If it's clicking all the time, thats a problem!
