if it's the aluminum bumper, yes it will and will fit the curve of the car more nicely than the o2 big bumper....

the e21 bumper is more curved than the straighter o2 bumper...i used one on my 76 for that reason

no sir...i eventually changed to chrome bumpers and never took pic's of the car with the e21 bumper...sorry

Thanks Esty! Yes, its the big aluminum bumper. I never liked the way my 2002 bumper looked when I tucked it in. Clay, as Esty said, the 320i aluminum bumper's shape fits the 2002's nose better than the original one. The 320i bumper is more of a chevron shape compared to the soft curve of the original 2002 bumper. Thanks again!
