engine and drivetrain how much?

How much should I ask for a 74 2002 tii body shell in white? I mean the shell free of rust all patched up with engine (matching numbers), subframes, glass. No fenders, hood, trunk lid, doors, just the body in 100% condition with title. NO RUST. Working KF pump and all linkage parts, new pedal box, crack free dash board, Nardi wheel, Recaro seats w/ BMW logos etc etc etc. Need to move on with my life.

has been in a body shop in the last 2 years dry as it gets in NC climate. new factory frame rails, front and rear panels, new floor panels, boxed inner and outer rockers, etc. Body is stiffer than a new M3.
