If you're going to run the weber 40's get the biggest venturi you can buy. They'll still be undersized on that setup but it'll work. If you want crazy torque off the line and a choked top end. 34mm will do that. Try and get 38 if you want a racey powerband feel. I'd suggest trying a 130-35 main and a 200 air. 45 or 55 idles are fine. only thing I'd do to the motor would be mist some oil in the spark plug holes and then bar the engine over 3-4 times. Fill it with oil. spin it on the starter till it gets oil pressure and then enjoy.

Steve,

I think the numbers on the cam are just casting numbers for the cam stock. I don't think my Dr Schrik 304 says 304 on it. As a matter a fact, it says 266.
