If you *really* want a nice one - but want to save your $300+ (think "new headlight grille" instead!) on a new one - pick up a decent used unit - you can seal them well with duct tape - and have them media blasted. I've done this several times - and the results are award winning....literally. Krylon or Duplicolor satin black makes it all minty-fresh.
