WTB 1x Center Cap- Weds, SSR etc. Approx 60mm diameter

Hello,

I recently lost a center cap on one of my Weds Bavaria wheels and am looking for a replacement. The diameter of the cap was approximately 60mm. Pictures of the missing part attached. They probably didn’t even come from a set of Weds. I would be interested in a matching set of center caps as well that are approximately this size too.

Thanks,

Kyle

@RichenFamous Drats! Ignoring the major differences it is indeed similar. I appreciate you taking a look for me. Will keep the search up.

I have come across a few 55mm-ish BMW caps from random years. If I don’t have any luck in the next couple days, I may pick a set of those up and 3D print an adapter ring to size them a few mm more. Then I can use something that’s more reasonably available (maybe have a spare, too).

The pictured centercap is at least one and one half times the height of the correct cap and does not snap into the center like correct one does.  I have several of the Weds Bavaria centercaps.  Some are metal like the original poster's picture and some are black plastic.  There is also a sticker in the center with a red Weds logo.  PM with your email address and I can send you pictures.

Thanks,

Sherman

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,
