1pc Rear Bumper Options

Hi Guys,

 

Does anyone know of a 1pc shorty rear bumper? I know IE makes the fiberglass one but was hoping to find a chrome one without seems straps (fully smooth).

No, not off the shelf.

 

Bruce Carr did it using a stock early bumper via nip/tuck/weld/grind/chrome.

 

looked great.  If you google his name along with bmw 2002, you’ll see pictures.   The car sold on BAT within the last year.

Yep - Bruce's one-piece bumper looks great.

 

@AceAndrew - My bumper guy did nice custom work shortening the ends of a front bumper recently for the Hyde Park restoration, I'm sure he could do a one-piece unit .. but that's not the same as going into production, obviously. -KB
