Door Pinch Welt Pictures?

I am trying to install the gray pinch welt (windlace) on my door. I have the original pinch welts, which are still in good shape. I purchased my 2002A new in 1974.

The length of what the door pinch welt piece should be and pictures of where the pinch welt for the door starts and ends would be appreciated.

Mine doesn't seem long enough to cover what I believe it should cover as described below. My door pinch welts are 67" long which ends about 13" above the dashboard and about 33" short of the front of the door threshold plate. Maybe I cut the pinch welt years ago when I removed them.

From the bends in the pinch welt, I am guessing that the pinch welt starts at the rear of the threshold plate, up the B pillar, across the top of the door frame, down the A pillar and down below the dashboard to meet the front of the door threshold plate.

Is this correct?

Pinch welt goes up the A pillar across and over the B pillar  and continues over the rear side window. A piece of the welt is cut out to allow it to go over the B pillar pinch welt and vinyl trim. So the B pillar welt will be a short piece around a metre or so long.

And the shorter bit for the B pillar o the 1/4 window side      3 pieces per side        The long one that goes from the A pillar back to the rear bend of the 1/4 window starts about 2-3 in in on the sills before the bend going upwards with the trim        same with the frt B pillar trim

Thanks, Rick

Thank you.  I now know what I need.

All I have to do is find it, which is about a 72" gray piece of used pinch welt that goes from the front of the door threshold plate up the A pillar and along the roof to the B pillar. I already have completed the rear wing windows, so I don't need the full piece with the cutout to go over the B pillar.

I would prefer used to match what I have already have in place.

Thank you. I looked at edge trim at McMaster-Carr, but it is only white or black. I am looking for the original gray color to match the pieces I already have.
