More parts - this time carbs, intakes and linkages!

 

First up - Weber 38/38 DGMS carburetor and Cannon intake manifold. These are in excellent condition and used no more than a total of about 3-4 months / 1000 miles (maybe) over the last year. I put this on my car in December 2020 / January 2021, just before I decided to tear the whole thing apart to take it in for paint. Then, put it back on the car once I got it back, and decided to pull it off in favor of my DCOEs. Carb and intake SOLD.

Linkage / sync parts for DCOEs. This retails for about $90, $40 for the bunch. One of them is slightly modified so that it will reach between the two carbs.

Top End Performance (TEP) bracket and connections for DCOE linkage. I picked this up from them last week, but ended up just using my old cable linkage for now, may end up getting a whole other intake and linkage later. Retails for about $170, but I only bought the bottom portion. This bracket connects up to your brake booster as a bottom mounting point, and uses the other parts above for the upper connection to the carbs. It was mounted so some marks on the parts. $30.

It could be, I’m just not sure it’ll fit your car? The car I have is a 1970 that ran a single barrel Solex stock, has an oval intake that fits on an oval hole in the air cleaner. 

Take a look at your carb and let me know. I’m away from home at the moment but can measure if you send me some measurements from your carb. Thanks!

Hi!

Thanks for your quick response. I don’t think the early type will work on my carb. I think I have a 2 barrel Weber on my car. Not 100% sure. I have attached a picture for verification. It won't work without this adapter, but is probably a cool sleeper look:

Awesome! I will look into this. Another forum member told me I might run into clearance problems with this adapter. I'll do some research before I buy it. Thank you!!
