Distributor rebuild fiasco

Hi All, 
 
I hate airing dirty laundry but I have 4 distributors (014) in for rebuild at a California based specialist. 

What was promised in 3 weeks has now been 5 months, the last 2 without any communication. At this point I just want the distributors back as is - whatever condition they are in. Ideas?

This dizzy is nothing special design/component wise... And the spec is widely published....only reason I can imagine would be poor availability of the vacuum retard capsule.
