Very cool!  A very early 1600-2 (probably January 1967) for the track and an early 1968 1600-2 for restoration! The forward placement of the rearview mirror suggests October 1967 or earlier (as it’s manufacturing date). Wow!

(Is the 1968 a VIN 1560xxx car? The U.S. 1968 models began with VIN 1560001.)

Steve

Parts Car VIN#1529702 so 1967 also.

Wow!

Yes, VIN 1529702 is probably a June 1967 car, and probably a Granada car with black interior.  So both cars are very early, originally-6-volt cars.

Looks like fun!  I’d advertise the red car separately you’ll probably have better luck moving the race car that way, plus there are probably more people wanting the parts car over the race car.  When I sold my race car, most didn’t want the parts car I had available, however they wanted the spare parts.  Good luck.
