1969 BMW 2002

VIN 1663321 is a very early 1969, probably manufactured September or October 1968. Early stuff, as in long neck differential....

This project — two blocks, but no engine in car, the dashboard is the only surviving original interior component — is ambitiously overpriced with a Buy It Now of $6,950.... ?

Choose the Best Offer approach.... ?

Regards,

Steve

The interior metal door handles are original as well. I like this car, if it was closer to me I’d at least look at it.  Tough call on the price, some people think their 02’s are worth the price of a brand new BMW now, this car I don’t know.  It is a very early 1600 which is rare nowadays but I agree, the engine being out of the car and dissembled and the rough paint are of concern.  No major rust though, that’s a plus.  I don’t think he’s too far off, maybe $5000....

Actually I’m wrong on the door handles, they are the later ones...there’s another one on eBay right now that has the original handles and I guess I was thinking of that one.  So yeah, the dash is it!
