'75 '02 for sale in SW OH

Spotted this ad in our local (Dayton OH) Craigslist.  Malaga '75 sunroof, tan interior, stick shift with a blown clutch hydraulic line, but (per owner) otherwise driveable as it was used until the clutch line blew.  Might be an easy fix to make it driveable (no inspection in our part of OH).

  

Typical worn out seat padding and driver's seat upholstery, needs paint on the roof and probably elsewhere,  typical rust spot in door corners; left front fender looks like it's been replaced; right has typical trailing edge rust.  Can't see rockers, no pix of trunk interior; can't tell from pictures if the nose is rusty.  Asking $2500, might be worth close to that if it does run and there's no structural rust not in the pictures.
