Hey everyone, I'm collecting all the maintenance records on my 72. The PO said that it had the motor rebuilt in the 90's at a shop called Bimmerwerks in Boulder, CO. I can't find them on the net and I was hoping maybe one of the members here knows if they were purchased or if they closed down. I have a ton of the OG paperwork including the original trans-atlantic delivery paperwork from the dealer and the rebuild paperwork is the only thing missing to complete the story. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if it's the same place, but I know  a great shop called BimmerHAUS Performance in Broomfield, CO.  Owned/run by Bob Tunnell since 2000 or so.

 

Doubt they'd have any records from a different business tho'.
