Getrag 240 question

So I am going with the Getrag 240 5spd out of convenience as it it was the 84 318 EFI donor, but just wondering about the compatibility with all the 245 accessories. Seems like everything listed for sale is setup for the 245, shifting plate selector rods etc etc 

 

I am hoping that the 245 stuff bolts right to the 240 trans without any issues.

The clutch slave's the same,

but since the transmission is shorter than the 245,

the shifting plate and linkage need to be longer for the 240.  But I THINK, shorter than the stock 2002. 

Likewise, the driveshaft.

And you'll need some form of electronic speedo, as

there's no mechanical speedo drive on the E30 trans.

I forgot the mount- you'll need a rear mount.
