This is at right headlight area wired into alternator and back to wire harness

Looks like a horn, does that conclude its aftermarket alarm ?

Yeah, just an alarm, probably wired to the ignition wiring up at the ignition barrel too.

That particular unit is listed among "Typical Aftermarket Anti-Theft Units" in this e-book, under Appendix "C":
