were your wheels once 13x4.5 Mike_B? or did NK's get bigger ones than early 02's?

The wheels are the super rare 14x6 Ti/SA wheels, et15.

 

NK's did get 14" steelies, but I don't recall the stock width.  They look great on an '02.

Guess it is "taste" thing...to a car, they look like the suspension has collapsed under the weight of the car. 

My son is big into the VW "Stance" thing complete with the stretched tires, bag suspension etc.  I have to admire the effort, but the car, a 97 VW Jetta, rides like an ox cart, is nowhere as nimble as the OE setup.  But in his eyes looks good...
