engine and drivetrain Pictures Of Ansa Exhaust Hanger Relocation

Looking for pictures of relocated hangers on the Ansa 0227 muffler.  Searching produced no pictures.  Measurements would be a plus.

what i think you are asking is what you have to do to mount a roundie muffler on a square tail car........

 

the hangers are opposite.  hold the muffler up to the car and it will be obvious. front hanger needs to move 2in in one direction and rear hanger needs to move 2in in the other direction.  there are pictures in my build thread somewhere.  i can see about finding them tonight.

Yes Marshall, you are correct.  roundie muffler on square tail.  I actually did see the pics in your thread.  I think it was on a page somewhere in the mid teens.

I'll start the ball rolling with my Roundie Ansa muffler (which was removed and then installed on Marshall's 75)

here are the differences between roundie and square tail hangers.  rear is 3in to left on square, front is 3in to right.  you have to either cut the hangers off and move them or make new hangers and attach to muffler.
