Bay Area 02 Drive, East Bay Loop

I have the pleasure of announcing a BayArea02 drive in the East Bay... Our first drive/gathering in the East Bay a couple of years.

 

We're meeting Saturday June 29th at 8:30AM at Peet's Coffee in Pinole. A driver meeting will be sometime between 9 and 9:30 and we'll be heading out then. I have laid out a tour of some of my very favorite roads in the area I grew up. It will be my pleasure to show you the very best, most demanding roads that West Contra Costa County has to offer. We'll be looping back to Pinole for Lunch.

I am out. I broke a bone on the top of my left foot. It is causing me difficulties when using the clutch. A drive would be a bad idea. Have fun and enjoy the drive, it looks like a good one.

Thanks for coordinating this drive; I think all of us had fun, even my panting dog.

I'm not going to the Legends but I encourage you to organize a caravan if you like, even if just for a car or two more.  Since I live next door (in WC) I'll keep you in mind for other sojourns and activities.
