Got some Mylar Keeps popping of the edges!

Is there a better way I can bring this door decor back to life ?

Yes I cleaned it with a proper cleaner . 2002

I bought the Aardvark Mylar kit along with the replacement door card backings they offer last year. The door card bits were great, but I could never get the Mylar strips to stick. I ended up just painting the strips with a chrome paint. Good enough for me and a lot less frustration. I still have most of the uncut Mylar strips if anyone wants to give them a try.
