Near Mint Black Scheel Seats

I might put these in my car, but I would need to convert my interior to black, so this is a feeler. Is there any interest?

Specs:

Black with dark gray horizontal stripes

Reclining and tilting (forward)

None of the metal parts are rusted at all except one (somewhat hidden) bolt that has minor surface rust.

Passenger seat is mint

Drivers seat has wear on the bolster about 3 inches long. The wear isn't completely through the fabric, but you can see the foam underneath if you inspect closely. The flash makes it have more contrast than it actually does. No rips or tears!

Otherwise it is mint.

To me the seats do look more like Koenig than like Scheel. Long bottom part with small bolsters and do have upper plastic covers in the hinges area. On the Scheels I´ve seen this area is covered with cloth or vinyl.
