ok, major update here

we're planning on taking forest road 99 off 25 to the Spirit lake overlook

if we're close to on schedule we should get there at around 12:30 give or take.

****We'll eat lunch at the overlook instead of Packwood****

SO>>>>>>>>>>>

bring a lunch, or plan on getting a sandwich or eats when we meet up at Starbucks in Woodland. If memory serves me there is a Safeway near the Starbucks where you can get a sandwich made, or Starbucks now sells lunch stuff.

I'll be there. Cars back on 4 feet! George, what time ya think we'll be done running the forest road? I need to try and get back to Issaquah by about 330.

That was a hoot! I think I got my front tires off the ground like 3 times... I was only 2 hours late for work but what ever :P Both the managers on that day were chill so it was pretty sweet. The best part is that my left side is FRIED but my right side is totally fine, it's gonna be pretty sweet :P Here are some pictures! (I miss my D-SLR :()

Thanks for putting the tour together George, I had a great time. It was great to meet some new friends, drive some fun roads and finally put some miles on the car.

BTW the shift knob if false advertising, it's a 4 speed it was a new correct style knob that came with the car. The guy I bought the car from had told me it was a 5 speed, I'm sure because of the knob. It would be nice and I thought about putting one in when I restored it but it was built as a White car with a 4 speed and I just could not justify changing it to a Polaris Silver 5 speed no matter how much I wanted to.

Still the coolest shift knob in my opinion, I would love to hunt one down one of these days...
