Found a set of Solex with full TI set up

My friend Rick has a storage unit full of rare and early BMW parts he is looking to sell. He will post a few things at a time. Do to time limitations, I will be helping him. Some of the parts for sale are rare and I do not know a "fair worth" . First Item we want to sell is a set of Solex carbs from a real TI with all the goodies except the air box also including a rebuild kit in the bag. I am sure they have been in the box 20+ years. any Idea what a fair price would be? He is not looking to get rich, just looking to be fair.

Not really sure how much you should charge all I know is I want some of those!

The carbs and manifolds come up regularly in the $200-$300 range, the original complete linkage included would probably add $100.

i'm interested i the ti linkage. i've been keeping my eye out for one for awhile, and i don't want to be presumptuous, but if you're going to sell it i'd gladly pay for it!

do not seperate any of the SOLEX ti carb/intake parts

start your bidding at $500

and as a seller - it's your place to start any For Sale

offering with you setting the asking price.

You'll move stuff a lot quicker, and your customers

will feel like your up front and honest about SELLING

stuff.
