I like the milenia myself... or maybe a MX-3- definitely an RX3!

I've had good luck with Odessy batteries.

I've heard recent stories that Optima weren't as

good now that interstate (?) owns them.

Don't know which is 'best', but i have an optima yellow, and chose it because it fits under the back seat. i occasionally put my bike in the trunk and didn't like the idea of the lost space and the semi-exposed battery. oh, and i used an e30 cable and dist block. This setup works very well for me.
