Anything Worth Looking Into in VA,DC, MD Area

I sold a 74 2002 TII, in mint condition and looking to get back to another car. Is there anything good worth looking into in the NOVA Area (VA, DC, MD)? It can be both TII or Regular. Looking for a more ready to go type car, than a project. Post links, your cars, etc... Cash is ready and looking to buy this weekend.

There are a couple in NoVA on CL for $2k chamonix and $1.5k schwarz-ish. Both are described as road ready. A DD early sahara roundie with sunroof in southern VA for under $3k...see ad below. Let us know what you find out on these.

Just came back from seeing this Car: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/cto/1987567784.html . If the cars in this area are all like this, this will be a long search . $1500 Asking. Right off bat, he offered the car for $1000. I was interested at $50.
